Are make up lessons available?

Unfortunately, due to the growing popularity of the Learn to Swim program, accommodating make up lessons is not available with limited class availability.

When will I be direct debited?

See our Learn to Swim 2025 calendar for your direct debit schedule HERE(PDF, 66KB)

The calendar will include important dates like Safety Week and upcoming events!

Do I have to participate with my child?

If your child is in the levels from Little Wonders 01 to Little Wonders 04 you will need to be in the water with them for the lesson.

If your child is in levels 01 and above, you won't need to be in the water with them. However, we are a Watch Around Water facility which means children under the age of 10 need to be actively supervised in and around the water at all times, including during lessons. The more supervision the safer your child will be.

For more information on Watch Around the Water see HERE

What do I need to wear and bring with me?

Bathers, goggles, towel and drink bottle

For children who are not yet toilet trained are required to wear a water proof swim nappy in the water. Please note that normal nappies are not suitable for healthy swimming. We have water proof nappies available at the customer service desk.

What are the teachers qualificaitons?

All of our teachers have undergone extensive training with 20 plus hours of shadowing.

Are there lessons available for neuro-diverse children?

Yes, we have a wide range of instructors who have completed their access and inclusion along with teacher of people with disabilities qualifications. This equips teachers to deliver lessons in a way that learners with additional needs can learn to swim.
