What is Reformer Pilates?
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements.
Named after its creator, Joseph Pilates, who developed the program in the 1920's, Pilates emphasises correct postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Classes run for 45 minutes
Pre/Post Natal Reformer Pilates:
Reformer classes are 45 minutes and a fantastic way to improve strength and flexibility whilst having fun. Pre/Post Natal Reformer Pilates classes will gently rebuild core strength and safely introduce exercises specifically for those who have recently had a baby or are pregnant in a safe and friendly environment. Prams welcome.
What to Bring
Socks - For health and hygiene purposes, you are required to wear socks. We have socks with grip available to purchase at the front desk.
Water bottle - Reformer Pilates can be thirst work, don't forget to bring your water bottle.
Towel - Reformer Pilates knows how to work up a sweat, please bring a small towel to all gym and group fitness sessions at WSAC.

Booking & Conditions of Entry:
- Cancellations must be received no later than 2 hours prior to class time.
- No early bookings will be accepted. Bookings will open 48 hours prior to a scheduled class.
- Consistently not attending a booked class (without cancelling) may lead to temporary removal of online booking access.
- Members will be able to book one Reformer Pilates class per day.
- For health and hygiene purposes you are required to wear socks during each class.
