Join us on Thursday, October 10, to promote and raise awareness for mental health as we celebrate World Mental Health Day.

This is a perfect opportunity to come together and acknowledge the importance of mental well-being. We encourage everyone to open up to friends, family, or loved ones, and start those meaningful conversations that can make a world of difference in your overall health and happiness.

 

To support this day, we’re offering a variety of free wellness activities designed to boost both your body and mind. These classes are not only great for physical fitness but are also incredibly beneficial for mental clarity, stress relief, and emotional balance. Yoga, for example, helps calm the mind through gentle movements and deep breathing, which can help reduce anxiety. Similarly, Body Balance combines yoga, tai chi, and Pilates to improve flexibility, coordination, and mindfulness, giving you the tools to stay grounded.

 

Free Classes:

  • Yoga: Thursday at 9:30 am
  • Body Balance: Thursday at 10:30 am
