What to expect 

We're planning our biggest group fitness class yet. Come down between 8am - 12pm for a taste of our most popular classes all in one!

• A welcoming a supportive space for you to thrive
• Get an insight into our WSAC instructors
• Bright and fun music
• Pop up Active Kids
• All ages welcome 

This is a free event. Bookings are not required 

Location: WSAC stadium

8:30am-9:30am: Penny will be showcasing our les mills step at 8:30am and our les mils pump at 9am

9:30am-10:30am: Kylie showcasing Zumba at 9:30am and a Circuit style class at 10am

10:30-11:30am: Karen showcasing matt palates at 10:30am finishing off with yoga at 11am.

What to bring 

• Comfortable workout gear
